They gave Rossi a 10 second penalty for passing under yellow flags, this 10 seconds they added on at the end of the race. Honda appealed the decision and now time penalties are added on during the race, so when Rossi did the same thing at Phillip Island that year and was giving the penalty he had to finish the race 10 seconds of everybody else, I think the clips show that there was no danger there, I can not see any
