Sorry, but I can't share your enthusiasm. I'm a massive fan of Vale's, along with being a huge fan of MotoGP, WSB & BSB in general. So, I've been trying to find a community to share my passions. Having found the Official Valentino Rossi Forum I thought I was on to a winner.

Unfortunately, the place seems beset with the worst elements of the net: Spinning GIFs all over the place, pointless banners distracting the eye, endless avatars, every post packed with a sh*tload of emoticons, hell - even the reply post box I'm typing in has some mindless graphic backdropping it as stationary. The content also seems to veer towards banal hero-worship, rather than any genuine discussion of Vale's trials and tribulations on the track. One typical post I read regarding the man's future said something along the lines of I don't care what he does (F1, rally cars etc), as long as he is happy and we can see him on TV. Maybe it was written by a love-sick 14 year old, I dunno.

I'd be surprised if this post didn't get flamed, but maybe the board's admins might take some of it on board. It would be great to have a proper, adult-minded forum. I'm sure Valentino would be happy - after all, he's a grown man riding a 190mph motorbike, not a member of a teenage boyband.

Hi Raxcsallion, perhaps this forum doesnt suit your taste. So, u have mentioned yourself being a massive fan of Vale and Motogp, but i guess u dont know much abt Vale apart from his incredible racing talent. Valentino actually loves graphics, cartoons and stuff which u may consider childish. Ask the man yourself if u dont believe this. I believe Vale prefers his forum to be this way, then the way u wanted.

And yeh, i am one of those childish fans who love the emoticons and colorful banners, but i aint a teenager.

Anyway, i hope u bear with this if u aint too impressed.
