I must be completely stupid but I cannot find how to follow my own threads.
Is there a "follow my messages" function hidden somewhere?

Perhaps I'm not clear enough.
I'm talking about an option that would enable us to list our messages.
Any idea or am I just blind?

i was looking for that, too, but i just gave up

but it's definitely something we should integrate in the "new posts" link in the navigation-bar up there.

okay, i talked to thedoctor46. we figured it out.
Okay...not 100% YET, but 80%
hehe.

For all new members this works automatically now, for the old users, we still have to look where we can change it, so this works automatically, too.
but if you want it now already, too, do this:

1. User CP (on the very left of the top navigation bar)
2. edit options (in the Control Panel link-column on the left)
3. in the "messaging& notification" window, change "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "no email notification"

From now on the threads you post in are "subscribed threads", and you can see the subscribed-threads-list in the top navigation bar under "quick links"--> "subscribed threads"

ALRIGHT....now we just have to look where to automatically change to "no email notification" for all the old users.....
