^^ yes, to keep us busy . I know Rossifans are the most talented people, im so excited about all the upcoming banners from all of u . would love to see a different banner often . Pardon me, i get bored easily with the same banner up for so long , its dull. But looks like i'd be enjoying myself soon, with different designs from of all u .

Skinning a website is not just a question of altering a banner.
Many different parameters have to be set too like font sizes and colors, background colors, border colors, background images (Guido)...
So I'm not sure that adding a new style every month would be so easy: that would mean at least that the same person should translate members' desires in good old html code.
Am I wrong LeJentle?

If you are good enjoy to have the forethought of an alternating banner design you'd be able to create a layout that would suit various designs.

Or you just have three or four different base designs that are of different colours so if someone has a banner that is mainly blues you can put it to a blue forum design, & if someone has something mainly in yellows you'll hve a yellow forum design, etc.

My cousin owns a web business that I've helped him out with designs for, I know the effort needed for web sites, but I also know this is just a forum & that sometimes it's nice to see everyone have a go, instead of one person hogging the limelight.

Alright, im no expert in this field. It sounds very tough to have new banners here, so we wont be having new banners/monthly from other designers up there it seems.

Well I had no idea so much went into making a new banner design....I thought it was just a matter of playing about with Photoshop to get an image or banner you are happy with and uploading it! It just goes to show how brain dead I am when it comes to this sort of thing!!!! For me, I'll be sticking with a good quality stretched canvas or card and acrylic paints for my attempts at being creative and all arty!!!
