Not much, seems to be the word about town. Neglected, poorly treated, herded like cattle, seen as fodder, and some sort of package... that you apparently wait 6 months for. But they are nice when you phone them. But you still get neglected, herded, foddered... and will still be waiting.
You're right about the pricing... they couldn't give up that final 2 euros?
