Not sure whining to the fanclub will be a successful move... the whole prob with them is that they don't CARE about this forum or it's members... especially the non italians...

Well, hopefully the fight that is being sought can be found on the fanclub blog... and then everyone can be happy again. We're happy cause the YC is peaceful, Jackie is happy cause she's found another outlet for her bitterness and rather scary rage.

As for legal minefields... libel only exists if the statements made were untrue. As for threatening behaviour... black and white, it's all in black and white.
