Exactly. The fanclub should NEVER antogonize fans, not the other way round.
Many fans who paid for their memberships emailed fanclub. But they seldom reply. They keep people waiting and the stuff takes forever to be delivered. And to think we are supporting the fastest man on earth. Excellente!
