Anybody ever been to the Indy Motor Speedway? I went online to order tickets b/c they're already on sale, and I had no idea where to request seats. Also, there was no place to request paddock passes. Anyway, it certainly will be cheaper than Laguna Seca!

apparently the tickets aren't actually on "sale" yet. you put in your request and you're on a waiting list for when they actually go on sale. no paddock passes will be available to the general public, other than the vip village ticket package (according to the girl we spoke to). bummer. although apparently the facility is top notch.

you are right...we are on the wait list, but I hope we have ordered early enough to get the seats I want! (I was being optomistic

)So how do you get VIP village tickets? To me, having a paddock pass is all part of it....how can they not offere that?

BTW, how do you have it show where you are from? I see you are in Canada. I am in Florida and want to show that.

i think there's a setting (try "user CP") which will allow you to show your location.

as for the VIP village tickets, the girl said that they had not yet set the pricing. i don't know how much access you'd actually have to the paddock??? only time will tell.

Already put my request in ,have to may be the last time to see vale on u.s. soil sadly enough goooo vale.

Okay, my credit card was charged for the Indy GP tickets the other day. Still don't have them, don't know where we will be sitting....hope they can pull this thing off. It makes me nervous....

well i guess you'll have the europe feeling when it comes to paddock passes

not accessible to the public

But i'm exited to see the pics of Indianapolis. Sounds very exciting. Although i can already hear the riders moan about another race hihhi. But they love it anyway :D

rkt2hvn1.....why would this possibly be your last time to see Vale in the US? Just curious...hope you and he are not leaving us!

Hi LeJentle,

So, you do not have paddock passes in Europe?? How then do you all always manage to get such stellar shots of Vale?? I feel so limited here b/c MotoGP isn't as popular so we don't get the interviews or the magazines, etc. So I have to rely on everyone else in the Yellow Community for my Rossi fix all year except when I get to see him here

So thank goodness for the Yellow Community and MotoGP in the States! I was very excited when they added Indianapolis. I know it means more races for the riders, and I hope they stay safe and healthy enough to compete all season, but I am selfish I guess. Its a treat for us.
