Valentino aims to achieve 150th podium finish at this weekend's Malaysian GP

NEWLY CROWNED MotoGP World Champion, Valentino Rossi, is aiming to clinch his 150th podium finish at this weekend's Malayasian GP in Sepang. The only other rider to top the 150 mark is fifteen-time World Champion Giacomo Agostini, who ended his career with a total of 159 podium finishes.

I hope I can sneak in the paddock and walk round the circuit to get good pics. And for those who doesn't have any activities during winter, I suggest you come down to Malaaysia for wintertesting coz here it's almost summer all year round

05:45 to 23:00 (every 30 minutes)
RM 8.00 to RM 10.00 one way (US 2D - US 3D)

08:30 to 23:00 (every 30 mins)
RM 4 one way (US 1D)

cant wait for the races... especially since we have an Indian wildcard in the 250s. but since I csnt watch the race... I will be glued to the live timing...

ALAS!! I don't think Preetam Dev Moses, the wild card rider expected to be riding in the last two rounds won't be participating coz of lack of sponsors... But he still has chance to race in 2009 provided he has sponsors... Indian companies should think of other sports too besides cricket...

And by the way I am back! PHEW!!

Preetam does race in Malaysia a lot with bikes loan from Raceline Racing and under the scrutineer of Barry Leong, a local ex-racer and now the manager of the team. Barry was also the person who took care of Chris Vermuelen during his early days of racing when he used to race in the smaller c.c bikes in Malaysia. I had a few meetings with Preetam and also another Indian racer, Dilip Roger. May be Dilip and Preetam will be racing in the support races during the GP.

Yes... they are.. i read about that today!! i dont know if Dilip is but Preetam for sure is racing!!

Is RED ROOSTER racing team related to these guys??? Any one knows..???

I think Dilip Roger is one their riders now.
