Well everyone at Yamaha is staying where they are.

Have heard things (I think it was on the commentary from the Brno round) about Martinez taking over the 2nd Ducati team and bringing Alvaro with him???? (Although hearing during a race, I may have not been paying too much attention and heard it wrong :-P)

So my thought are

* Dovi to Repsol HRC - rewarded with his Honda loyalty

* Hayden to Ducati - that one is obvious

I'm not sure about Gresini's Honda team though.........I think Shinya deserves to stay (but would love to see him on a full factory bike for a whole season!!!!) but not sure where DeAngelis would stay or not

One thing for 09 is for sure............Randy DePuniet WILL have many more stupid crashes :-P

I believe De Angelis will stay in Gresini. It just seems natural to me, don`t know why. He`s been going well the whole season as far as I can remember - good results, no big crashes, nice amount of points (fewer then Nakano`s, but still not too bad). That`s what think.



Is he staying ??? Does he have contract for the next season? Sorry, but that guy has made about 60 race laps for the whole season. He spends more time in the gravel then anywhere else! It`ll be a real act of mercy if they let him race the next season.


What do you think about Elias?

Don't know if Randy has a contract for next year.

And with Elias - he always seems gone for all money right until the end of the season, then pulls some results out of his arse (Toni, you are still NOT forgiven for winning Estoril 06) and then some team ends up giving him a ride.

I think I heard or read something somewhere that he may go to WSBK???

I also heard that Toni is going to WSBK,i think that commentators on eurosport in my country said that.

Heard that Pedrosa (really Puig) not happy about have Dovi on team and is making things difficult for Honda. He said that he definately (that's Dani) will not be sharing any information/data/testing info (etc...) if he comes on board.

Hayden still hasn't signed yet with Ducati (heard he has had several other offers). Hoping that he goes to Ducati, though. Scot Honda wants Hayden if they loose Dovi to Repsol and has indicated as much.

West won't be returning next year but Hopper is.

It looks like Capriossi and Vermeulen with be staying with Suzuki next year but they are still throwing around the idea of adding a third bike.

Well this what I have heard or read over the last month.

The Dani - Dovi intrigue is interesting Afraid of some fresh blood in the team, maybe??? It`s pretty obvious that Dani likes the things in Repsol the way they are now. He`s their A rider, but probably has some concerns that this may change if Dovi comes on board. It`ll be interesting to see them as teammates


Move to WSB is what most of the people expect from Toni, but who knows with that podium finish he might have secured his place. He`s like invisible, invisible, invislible.............. BOOOM...........invisible, invisible, invisible......
