yes, I agree with Ivonn. yes, in the end it's all about money, but before money there's another important step: people watching motoGP. so after all it's even a decision for the people (the majority at least).
600cc would attract more bike lovers because a lot of them actually drive 600cc, and they'd feel more related (even though a 250cc GP would give them 10 seconds each lap, but that doesn't really seem to count).
250cc hasn't market today: when you can drive a 250 you can drive a 600 or a 1000 too, so why not going with a 600?
yes, I think it sucks having 125, 600 and 800, but on the other hand I'm happy a 600 class will help to attract more viewers whom today are more into lesser categories (AMA, superbike, supersport etc).
