Although really, everyone needs to stay away from Randy - it's like he has a list of who he's taken out and plans on getting it completed by the end of the season!

I was a little worried about Stoner.............if he hadn't run wide into the first corner mid race I think he may have been a little closer to Vale

Maybe but Vale had it under control.
When he made best lap Vale made 0.300 next faster than Stoner.

KC overshot that corner because he was trying to get close to Vale but as we all know, the ducati can get close to Vale on the straight but not in the corners and moreover Vale had the race in his hands halfway but I was a bit worried if the tyres didn't hold up. Pheww, glad it did

Wow what a race it was so great to watch i had no worries about Vale here i new he would win i didnt have any doubt in my mind. You could see he was just to fast from the beginning and he needed to break free from Pedrosa and Stonner earlier on. It was great to see the win!!! Geez the fans, wow they went crazy and the helmet was funny as! Some really good pics aswell guys. 7 wins at Mugello thats just amazing 3 wins in a row and ahead by 12 points going into Catalunya. Vale is back to his best.

VALE THIS IS YOUR YEAR 2008!!!

Did anyone else notice the Bridgestone Cap Fest in parc ferme after the race - all of Vale's team were wearing them.
I got the impression at the beginning of the season that Vale had some kind of problem about wearing that red hat and kept it off as long as possible but as his results have improved he had been wearing it more and this time the whole team were in on it. He has subtle ways of showing gratitude. That read hat went straight onto his head this time.

I was wondering if he would throw his helmet to the crowd this time - can you imagine that face flying through the air? it would have made and excellent photo.

Well Valentino only twice gave away his equipment if i'm not seriously wrong.

And you are right, he was not wearing Bridgestones so proudly like now.
But Bridgestone deservs it. They work hard with him, giving him chance to be srtong from start till the end.

Stoner didn't threatend Vale in any moment. Vale pullled away and kept the distance. Stoner made stupid mistake once yes, but second time he almost sliped away when he did that slide. So, he coulnd't push harder to pass Vale.So maybe we could have fight till the last lap but eventualy Stoner would lose in any case.

Yep and have you all notice that Vale isn't giving KC sh!t now that KC is blaming everybody but himself. Remember last year KC started to mouth off about Vale! So now the true champ please stand up!

I remember that Vale fell during the lap of honor with the italian flag. He was ridinghis Aprilia with the well-known love and peace livery.
That must be really frightening to see all this crowd coming.
We can understand why Vale is now reluctant to celebrate a victory at Mugello.
