All that talk for LeMans and we had, what? Three spots in the race, and for all intents and purposes, it was a dry race! |
Short memory Catty - the weather at Le Mans, as with every single race, was a very important factor.
Did you not see what happened with the 125 race and were you really so certain that the weather would hold throughout the MotoGP? If you were then you were probably the only person on the planet thinking that. Right up to the start of the race there was uncertainty. Even once the race was underway there was uncertainty and then it started to rain...things could have turned out VERY differently.
We talk about the weather because it is AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FACTOR in motorcycle racing. Sorry if it bores you but you will have to live with it.
Anyway, Ivi has not let us down so far and I am sure she will be able to find a suitable forecast for the weekend again.
