This is not about true tests or real threats... 2007 was just such a shitty year to have to witness... where Valentino was just stymied race after race and he was the only true contender for the title, yet he was getting flogged by KC. Just awful.

His bridgestone move was to counter the KC challenge. KC was the man to beat this year. Being beaten by everyone just isn't any fun. EVERYONE is killing him. I want him to be the second best on the track. But still flogged by Valentino. After last year, it's the least that can happen.

As much as it becomes a "Told you so" to all those feral stoner fans... I hate it that we possibly have had TWO WCs in a row that aren't worth the skid mark on a race track.

Something interesting, though. At one point, the did the onboard KC shot of Dani behind im, and even in KC's slip stream, the Honda couldnt' catch the Ducati... but this was early on... just found it an interesting angle.

I think we shouldnt be worried about Lorenzo....when Vale is in a form like this...Even if Lorenzo gives a fight for the championship it wouldnt be surprising....if anyone's thinkin that Vale and Jorge might become foes...they wont....they might be foes on track...but off track...from Vale to Jorge to Yamaha...everyone'll make sure they are one family....trust me they know this better than us....

If Jorge was beating Rossi (god forbid, I'll put a fork in my eye if that happens), ten bucks says Rossi would distance himself from Jorge. Its' racing culture. Killer instinct and all that. Also, I do wonder what Valentino thinks about Jorge jumping on his very nice, very good Yamaha and doing so well. No crappy year for Jorge on a stuttering, sputtering whiny Yam.

Jorge is a good rider....agreed...i just hope he's matured too....
