Yeah I hope it is one or the other not both at least vale has good tyres for the wet as seen in china so its not like last year no worries there. The video at the begining of these posts about vales comeback is awesome it put the hairs on the back of my neck standing great feeling.

We don't need to be scared for wet conditions. As you could see in China at the warm up the bridgestone are much more competitive than the Michelin's. And Valentino was 2nd. Not to forget that he needs to get used to the Wet tyre. But ones he has that experience, Valentino will always be a tough competitor and if not the most difficult to get rid off. Remember the days he rode with Honda... He was untouchable in th wet. I foresee some very good results if it would rain.

Last year Bridgestone and Stoner pulled a lot of points on Valentino in the string of wet races mid-ish season. Now this year Vale is on the right side of this equation, if you ignore the increased risk of ending up in the gravel then it is actually a great oppertunity to grab points from Pedrosa and Lorenzo.

True. So somewhere it would be not so bad that it would rain. Even with the fear of ending 2nd or 3rd. Because it is for sure that Stoner will be in the front area if it rains.

I think that to. Also Vale rides great in Le Mans when he has good bike so i thinkwe don't need to worry about going into gravel. We have to worry about Radny and Sylvan tough. Kamikaze squad will be racing like hell in front of the home crowd that means every rider in the grid must watch them selfs.
Only if Valentino takes pole (god bless him), we can hope he can pull a good start and take no risks

I hope you're right, of course you are, but the truth is, anything could happen on wet races, just the matter of taking the right decisions, we're hoping for the best, I'm not doubting Vale, just I'm more worried about Bridgestone. China is a great glory, but still, it's still early for me to feel secure about what happen next with this new tyre...I'm still worried but I hope Vale would not be disappointed this time...

I don't mind he's ending up in the gravel, if I knew he's struggling of something, (it doesn't mean I like Vale if he crashed out, no, I don't like it at all, all I want is he end up safely)
winning isn't everything, the point is how to get there, if he's got to be ended on gravel by doing it, we're knowing who's the best than just playing 'safe'. He deserve winning in China after all, last year in China, we were knew who's the best, Vale, but the red bike was just like hell!!! not the rider, I mean literally 'the bike' if he was ended wide in the last turn, but along the way, we're knew how he's really struggled just to pass KC and to stay in his position.
just...please, no more disappointed to him, 2 years of disappointed is more than enough...we are more wanted him to be world champion again, but what's winning if it was like Hayden's got? now, looks what's happen to KC...
2 years of disappointed, but like Catty said, he can still struggled with bad packaged, I am more proud of him, and he was just still look smiling...I do really admire him after what he's been through....
I hope, this season would be more brighten to all...I hope for the best for Vale...the best is could be everything...if I couldn't say 'good luck' then I would say....YOU CAN DO IT, YOU ALWAYS CAN DO IT
I don't mean doubting him by saying 'good luck', I know what Vale can do, but I'm not sure about the bike, the tyre, what's bringing him to his glory is his spirit, just don't forget it.
don't be just a winner, be truly winner!!! that's not happen to all winners, only you can do it!!!!
GO VALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Valentino Rossi's back in business,,,

well there.. if vale likes one thing, that is taking risks..

wet or dry, europe is rossi ground, until the summer break, he will win everything! sounds optimistic or unrealistic maybe, but i do believe it! hope racing will be like sbk at monza, battle to the last lap, and there is one rider that likes to fight more than anyone! i'd also like to see colin getting a podium at le mans, he took pole last year and he may repeat now..

VALE GO!!!!!!!
The BEST is yet to come..

Yesss, definately... until one of them achieves too many victories because tyres become an issue... I think the loser will loathe the other one... and sure enough, put it all down to tyres... hehe.

And of course mutual admiration... until they aren't team mates anymore... look at Colin and Valentino... all the little digs are starting to come out now... but when they were team mates... lots of tongues were being bitten.

Dead interesting if Jorge ever starts bleating for bridgestones... I think Valentino, having made the switch, shall never go back (unless of course they utterly suck long term).

With regard to your point about wet races would be a great chance to snap up easy points over Jorge and Pedrosita... mmm, dunno. Dani, definately... he's like a cat... hates the wet... but Jorge's biggest hindrance might be the ankle... now that it's starting to mend, I think he'll find it harder to use it in races... as Mel's article pointed out, the next two months or so are pretty action packed... one little highside... that might be all it takes for Jorge to end up with a very average debut season.

It's taken one and a half racing seasons, but finally, Rossi has broken Stoner... and smashed him like a guitar!
