Well Valentino wants to fight for the tittle. This is the beginng of the seasson for him.
He must win from now on.
I realized something while watching the races so far. On bridgestone he did not make any fastest lap during the race.If i recall right last year even if he was bad on the race he still managed to make at least one fastest lap during the race. Now there is none.
He always does something more in races, but now what you see on practice the same times you will see in the race. I wonder why..

Well the 2nd and 3rd races were Michelin tracks so that didn't surprise me. Now China was a B/Stone track last year so lets hope it's the same but in Vales favour.

I think if Vale find good grip from start till the end Stoner does not stand a chance.
Lorenzo and Pedrosa rode the best they could so far, Pedrosa might be competitive here but thats all for the rest of the season i think. From now on i expect batle between Vale and Stoner...

I tend to think Lorenzo and Dani will become stronger as they now have this motivation in them to outshine each other. And somehow i suspect KC wont be doing as well as we imagine coz he cant seem to handle with the pressure of people doing even better than him..

No no, I think Casey will try harder this time. He is the world champion after all and that is good motivation for him. The fact that this is Bridgestone track will make his determination more.
I really hope Vale will not only doing excellent but also....enjoy his race. I expect victory from the Doc this time, not just second or third. I think by now, he must have learn a lot...

2 years of disappoinment?
NO MORE......

Yes, both Yorkay and Dani have had a win each...and that other Australian bloke!
Please don't everyone pin your hopes on a win at Shanghai...be realistic! I, too would really love to see that but I am not counting on it.

It would be really nice if Vale did. Tomorrow I will be celebrating 20 years of marriage (continuous, to the same man - and there have been some happy moments there).
The 20th anniversary is China (like 25 will be silver, 40 is ruby, 50 is gold, etc.)
The coming race is in China so it would be quite fitting.
What would have been heaps better would be for my dearly beloved to have whisked me off to watch the race. But as I only reminded him this evening I don't see it happening .
Still, he now has 24 hours to make up for that oversight!!

(I think these times are correct, they were gotten a couple of days ago off Eurosport TV listings)

Now my quandary is do I stay up to watch the races and not bother going to bed at all or do I try to get some sleep earlier, as I don't usually go to bed until around 4am anyway, so going to bed earlier is in my imagination only, if I could do that I'd do it every single night & not be plagued with sodding insomnia!! If I went to bed as usual I'd never manage to get up again 45 minutes later-not a snowballs chance in hell would I.
Sunday's race is looking like a long long Saturday for me so far
