"Lube" is a shorter, more casual way of saying "lubricant" or "lubrication." In general, lubricants help machines of all kinds, from bicycles to jet engines, run more smoothly.
Products that give the human machine greater glide during sex, making sex more comfortable and pleasurable. Lubes come in three basic types – water-based, oil-based, and silicone-based – all of which have different properties..

Which one then?

Thanks for the information on the different kinds of lubes, I guess you'd use the one which's properties you'd need at the moment...

I think it would all come down to personal preference but I guess it would be a good idea to read the label and be prepared for an allergic reaction in some cases

PS. I have very sensitive hands and have to be careful what I use and even wear gloves when topping up the oil on my car...which reminds me, I had better go and check it a few times as I am supposed to do it after every second fuel fill and have got a bit behind!
