They will never go back to 500's because the technology is not relevant to what the manufacturers are building and selling on road bikes.
Yep exactly they would go back to 990's if anything. No one would buy a 500cc and Ducati have their 848 to go with the 800 MotoGP. I wouldn't buy a 500 two stoke no way.
Thanks Ivonnsche! Now I know it wans't Marco fault!

Bautista and Simoncelli made SUCH a good race, I mean... it was absolutely fabulous, of course before the collision! And it was the engine, not Simoncelli`s fault ?!? However, great sportsmanship!!!
Beautiful race!
Thanks for the link, Ivi
Yep! I couldn't even blink during the race!
Gi
That devil Valentino... _________ Fernando 'El Niño' Torres: 5 and counting...(welcome back, niño!)
Thanks Ivonnsche! Now I know it wans't Marco fault!

you know what is annoying!! I now watch the races without any commercial breaks in between..that means no more bathroom breaks!! I would usually be back within the minute, but I dare not leave my seat now!!

I know exactly what you mean, Lisa. First year watching without adds and it was torture the last two races already... I try not to drink too much but all the excitement makes me dehydrated so I am in a bit of a dilemma

I'm sure you'll get used to holding on for an entire race - I manage to do it!
During the 250 race my daughter suddenly piped up "I need a wee". No amount of denial and "think of something else" on my part was going to change the situation and I couldn't really send her off on her own so we had to make a manic dash - and while she was in there making herself comfortable I was standing outside, underneath the grandstand listening to the sudden roars from the crowd just confirming to me what I was missing:Simoncelli and Bautista overtaking. I think she got the message that the same little scenario would not be happening during the MotoGP! She is a clever girl!
