Oooooh, goody, I guess this wee little missile from KC is a sign that the season is getting underway! Yay!
I think KC is right right right to see Pedro as a threat. He is. He's a better rider and the only thing that stopped KC from being chucked into 3rd for a few races last year was tyres. If Michelin pull their finger out (finally), then yeah, Dani gonna kick KC's ass... actually, they may be so busy eyeing each other off as each other's bigget rivals, crasher KC and living-on-the-edge Dani might just hand a championship to Valentino...
The big thing I'm hoping for this year is a test to see whether KC's "perfect" season was just a fluke. That for so many races his only rival was himself... how far can he push himself, his bike, etc, but not really under race conditions (with people 10 secs behind you, and you've led from the first corner... )... I wanna see Dani pushing him all the way... that's when the mistakes might start to happen...
Also, possibly suits Valentino down to the ground to have all pressure removed from him this year. Dani has pressure to fulfill his talent and potential, KC has to deliver another perfect year or he knows he's gonna cop a flogging... perhaps for the first time in his career, being the underdog, might help VR no end! It's taken one and a half racing seasons, but finally, Rossi has broken Stoner... and smashed him like a guitar! I love racing game. And I do not understand why KC told it is better to be chased rather than being the one who chasing. This guy is very strange....is he really 2007 champion???? naturally better be as the chaser because
1. you can see other line, learn the weakness and strength and put pressure.
2. also because you can see where is your opponent. Is he closer or getting away.
3. being the chased is not funny. The pressure is much more bigger than being the chaser. You have to concentrate to everything at front and the back which is the chaser.
4. Aerodynamic ease the effort of the chaser. Although the heat from the chased might heat up chaser's bike temp.
Correct me if I am wrong ....please. anybody OK....adriana??? She's fine...... but not her husband.....man she deserves better man....maybe max ....but max needs to win bmw first......when that's the big question??????.............bwhua bhuahahahahah!!!!!!!!!

 yes riftan at 29 hes no spring chicken ! but old age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill !  seriously i do feel it will be an uphill struggle to beat stoner in the championship this year , but definetely an achievable one, alot will depend on how good the yam is ..we know how good vale is  bad luck and other riders aside i feel its between KC, dani,and vale this year , next year ? the rookies aint rookies! KC is big headed and we all know that.
He thinks Vale is not threat, well i understand that after Jerez test one second faster then him.
But Valentino is still master of GP, he does not reply to that wich means he wants to show KC on the track and then shut his mouth over media.

well let stoner consider who ever he wants as his rival and contender.... it makes no difference... cos at the end of the day the championship can go to pretty much anybody...
as we have seen for the past two years... its the whole package... last year Yam failed cos of the tyres... and KC had the perfect bike... but then again we saw something like Assen... so its very difficult to predict rivals and title contender...

I don't think KC believes in what he said, he would wish.
Last year the Yamaha had no topspeed to compeet the other bikes and therefore Rossi had to take, sometimes too much, risk. everybody just goes on saying that Casey's bike fits his riding style..many fans of Stoner see that as a compliment but i really don't!!i think it is offending rather than a compliment...i mean Rossi doesn't just wait for things to happen..he makes them happen.when he went from Honda to Yamaha he adjusted his riding style just to get the best out of it..but Stoner was lucky to be in the right team at the right time.some riders may never be lucky enough to find a bike to fit their style you know..
I was really angry with that statement too but it's because he is so afraid of him..everytime Rossi overtakes Stoner he just doesn't have the balls to fight back!!i remember Estoril,Motegi or Assen.i can't believe he didn't have the package to fight back,it just when you have Vale chasing you,too much for little Stoner to handle!!! | |
