I would say traction control would be helping to massively even everyone's odds... that could make racing exciting... but if it's in completely different stages of development and advancement... then it becomes boring because you get... well, KC's ten tearaway wins...
Obviously change of class, but most importantly, the tyre rule probably contributed to a dull dull year... perhaps if Michelin hadn't been so backward, Ducati's electronic advantage wouldn't have been such an issue...
But that 250 riders are coming through and exclaiming how easy the motogp bikes are to ride... that's a big clue that something is awry.
