he was amazing. i watched his old races and he seemed to be the fastest 250 rider i have ever seen.

such a shame! I was actually watching him race the other day. i cant remember if it was on tv or youtube though but he was mega quick!

I watched Kato all they way through, he was amazing.
The year he went up to GP i always said this fella is going to give Vale a seriously hard time.
What a shame he never got to do it.
There are some you-tube clips of him, there is also a amature video of his crash, from a spectator in the stands.

His first hoem GP & that happened. And what was worse was his family were there along with his new born son.

He will never be forgotten.
