I don't know if anyone has seen this but when I read this my opinion of Casey dropped a bit.. I think he had a bit of a Max moment..

(Sorry if there is any miss types... I typed it up as I was to lazy to try and find it on the internet..)
Stoner objects to pushy rivals-MCN
Casey Stoner blasted his MotoGP rivals after he was brought crashing back down to earth with a disappointing fifth place finish in Jerez. Looking to build on his stunning opening round success in Quatar, Stoner typically pulled no punches, blaming the over-aggressive tactics of some of his rivals for his failure to mount a serious podium challenge.
Carlos Checa and Marco Malandri were named as the culprits by Stoner, who said: 'Valentino has that extra little bit, but I believe I should have been on the podium. I have the package and the tyres at the end of the race, and if I had been there at the end we would have been stronger.
'People were outbreaking themselves and running me wide, then someone would come up inside of me and make me stand the bike up, then someone would be around the outside. If I hadn't been held up my Carlos and Marco, I would have been able to mow the leaders down a bit more towards the end of the race for a podium.'
He added: 'I think some of the riders I'm up against are overly aggressive in the beginning of the race. They just charge in there.'
What irked Stoner even more was when he had a clear track, his lap times in the closing laps were faster than race winner Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa.
Ducati's new GP7 clearly didn't have the top speed advantage seen in Quatar, with sixth gear only used for 1.5s at Jerez. But Stoner added: 'This race was one of our toughest and we are proud that the Ducati works just as it does anywhere else. If I was running up front I would have battled for the podium. Everybody said we'd struggle at this track, but this shows what a load of crap that is.'
Whats your opinions on this??
