Just because someone sees two naked people asleep in bed together, it doesn't necessarily prove sex was involved. It does, however, make for a very strong case.
Jos, I am so sorry to hear about this, it must make you very angry. I agree that in a way it is a huge compliment that your pic has been chosen - but to use it for personal profit without your permission and without even giving you any credit is unforgiveable. Hope you get it sorted out soon.
