I understand how you must be feeling, not so long ago I found someone selling paintings supposed to be done by me....no way did I do them, I've thrown better in the bin many a time!!!! These paintings that where being advertised as my work not only used my name but also the Riders for Health charity auction on Day of Champions as reference to my paintings.....After I reported them as being fraudulent I've not spotted any further paintings that I'm supposed to have painted, thank goodness!!

For you though it must be so annoying to have this person making money from your talented artwork.....some people simply have no scruples do they!!!

BTW...it's a very good graphic Joss.....congratulations on doing it, it's truly smashing work. Well done YOU!!!!

& I am very proud of that piece, it's my most prided work of all that I've done, which makes it all the worse that someone has stolen it.

They've ended the listing, but I still haven't heard from the seller. I want to recieve all the printed mugs, as I'm not stupid, she'll just sell them elsewhere.
I found online a company called Arts Law, they give advice in matters like this, so I'm going to contact them about this, as I've checked deviantART policy & the copyright act here in Australia, what that seller did was illegal, so I have every right to complain.

I hope they get Fined a lot of money, I hope they have to pay you a lot of money as well for stealing your work.
Some people just don't care, & to teach them a lesson, would i think stop them from doing it again.

I was shocked to see what happened Jos, I hope you do get all the mugs back and get everything sorted. I can understand that you are really angry bout that, no one like to have their stuff stolen and especially not something they made themselves and something that is your most prided work of art!

Get them by the b*lls!!!
