A friend of mine has a couple of team shirts (last year's) and they were from Malaysia but they were quite happy to send them to the UK so probably the US would also be OK. The shirts are really good quality.
This year's team shirts are very similar and are still mostly blue like last year - the design is slightly different on them but they are still predominantly blue, not white - and obviously some of the sponsors have changed.
