Here's Kay46's, slightly grainy due to the number of frames used, had to optomise a tad more.
How to do 'em:
I grab the video off youtube(then convert the video to quicktime), or if possible find a quicktime format video on the net (I have a few already converted due to other requests elsewhere). Then I load the video into ImageReady Photoshop CS2, grab the frames I'll work with, save 'em as seperate jpegs. Then load 'em into Photofiltre for editing, inserting stuff/images/effects, work on each frame, save 'em again. Load 'em back into ImageReady & optomise 'em for filesize permitted. Save 'em as an animated GIF, upload 'em to Photobucket......well ya did ask
