I dig the "control room" look about your set up. LOL.
So is one screen the race, the other live timing?
Mine is the comfort of my big, cozy lounge in front of the telly... beverages, smokes and finger nails to snack on. (Though I got me some bacon and cheese balls for LeMans... very nice.)
I use the 125's and 250's to get a few things done... sort of half listening, watching if I can't be assed getting a few things done. Then I bolt upstairs to pick my choices for motogp.com Team Manager... so I can see what the weather and track are doing... possibly log on here... then down to the race! It's taken one and a half racing seasons, but finally, Rossi has broken Stoner... and smashed him like a guitar! Your set-up looks just like ours Jossik.
We have 3 laptops logged in and running - race, live timing and spare* and there are 4 of us watching. Lately we have also been joined by a teddy with a Vale shirt and as of last week a very smart mini flag which I personally made for him.
* The spare is always showing the race but although it is live they are always slightly out of synch which is handy for watching immediate replays of any bits you miss. | | President | | Posts: 1,659 Join Date: 24.05.2008 Location: ~in Texas, teaching Tassie the behavior patterns of ice hockey players~

Well out here in the boonies we watch on the Speed Channel, so we are really at their mercy, Mugello came on at 9pm, because of moronic Nascar..freaking rednecks...anyway, this week we have our regualar start time of 3pm, which gives me enough time to get laundry done and be able to sit and watch the race in peace, once i've locked the kids in the closet and given Buzz his "honey-Do" list. The races start about 6.45pm here but the Superbikes last week from Salt Lake started at 3.30am!! Nascar was on between race 1 and 2!! So last Sunday / Monday morning was a big one!!
@ Tammerz like you I get in and wash, iron ,make the lunches, get the clothes ready for Monday work...before the racing starts, then I sit and watch , have a few Bundys, yell at the TV and then log on here.
Great way to spend a Sunday night!!
@ Kelsbels ..Bed would be very comfortable especially with the weather we have been having lately here in the Sunshine State!!! | | Honorary Member | | Posts: 139 Join Date: 12.04.2008
