You can pick up those watercolour pencils at any stationery store...the kind that kids get their school stationery from. They usually come with a paintbrush included in with the pencils. If you can't find any in the USA let me know & I'll pick some up for you here in the UK and send them out to you if you want.

This last one the light has reflected off it a bit weirdly at the side of the helmet (it's not really like this).
I still think maybe the eyebrows are too dark on the first one and all the area around the eyes on the second one, do you agree?

Angela those are Brillant yet again, are these what you have done for the DOC at Donington?

It's a possibility they'll go to auction, I've not decided what I'm giving yet, but there'll be a fair few of them anyway, well more than last year that's for sure. This year I'm also including with each of the paintings a portfolio folder to carry them in. (That's a sturdy bag thing to protect the painting and allow easier carrying) It dawned on me a lot of people might not bid on paintings, especially the bigger ones, because of the problem of carrying them around or back home without it being rained on or being damaged etc. So there's no excuse now that I can think of why people needn't bid on them - if they really want one that is!

I've been trying to think of something I can do, to make up a set of paintings but can't think of anything suitable with a common theme. Something that's suitable to allow a few paintings to be sold as a single lot (other than what's already been done in the past & it's new ideas that's needed & it must also be Rossi based.)

I'm afraid I can't help with any creative ideas other than to say that you may be right about the eyebrows.

I want to say though that your idea about making sure people can get the paintings home safe and sound is an excellent one.

i think your right about the eyes only on the second one, other than that they're brilliant.

I was going to bin this painting that I did yesterday and do another one because I just don't like any part of it, but my mum says she loves it....so advice needed please......should it go into the bin or not???? I trust your opinions (mum's can often not see the truth when their kids are concerned!)

iknow of a bin you can put all of the paintings that you dont want and they will be recycled in the interests of global warming ...just tell me if your coming round for a cuppa so i can take em down and hide them from you!!

Please don't bin your painting its very good. Send it my way if ya dont like it lol. It captures the moment perfect ...I think so anyway.
