Oh yes, am not allowed to play that any more...that & Scatagories (???) I should have known when I kept on winning that everyone in my family would get sick of me playing...(I learned not to always win when playing Poker when I was a kid...my dad was a very good teacher at Poker!)......but at Scrabble or Monopoly it's guaranteed I'll be the loser big time - every time.

BTW...thanks for all the feedback on the picture everyone.....I'm still sure there's something not quite right or something's missing in it.....I'll leave it for a bit & go back to it with fresh eyes and then see how I feel about changing it in some way or other, if at all. Hey Angela,

I had a look at it and I agree with what some others have said.
There is something missing in his eyes, they seem a bit flat/dead, could that be it?

But I love the rest of it! good work!!!

Should I or shouldn't I????

I'm thinking about adding a small full coloured image of Valentino either riding his bike at speed or maybe him bending down touching his toes at the corner edge of this painting.
Anyway I think it does need something else but not sure what or where....any ideas?

Are you sure? I really do think there could be something more to add to it. I did try to make it look like it was glowing under a UV (black) light....which it did look like while the paint was still wet but once the paint was dry the UV glowing effect just disappeared....

the purple/grey/lilac tones in it dried a completely different colour for some crazy reason or other.....I'm thinking of maybe trying again but on a different surface. This painting was done on a thin card, maybe if I painted it on a canvas then the UV glowing effect will remain after it was dry???

....I'll only know if I tried it I suppose.

BTW...don't you think his ear looks a bit on the massive side???
