Someone in North Wales has a problem with bikes, that is for sure and someone does need to ask if this level of resourcing is really appropriate for one man's pet hate.

From MCN this week - what this guy did with those photos was a disgrace and action should have been taken there and then but, as happens all to often, he is still sitting pretty and causing havoc:
