Ciao, I'm from Malaysia.Well, I've decided to join and i've attached a bank draft and have sent it to the address given since July. Now is already the month of August, and yet I haven't received any gadgets as promised. I've tried to email , and I've sent it about 10 emails about this problem to the fan club email address, but sadly, I didn't get any of the reply. Malaysia is really far from Italy, and the amount of the fee is quite a big amount for me after converted the Euros to Ringgit Malaysia. Dear senior members, I've tried fax but unfortunately, the fax at my dad's office isn't international line. Dear senior members, would you help me out on this problem? or give me some guidance what can I do as I'm really very worry whether have they received my bank draft. Thank you very much. Will they fax a reply to me?

Hi, Maybe 1 month isn't yet long enough to wait?? The Fan Club do usually reply to Faxes, so you may well get a reply. It took a few months to get to Australia.

Did you send the Bank Draft in Ringgits or Euros?

Can your Bank tell you if the bank draft has been cashed in??

Could you ring them on the phone to see if they have received it yet?

Well, I think we can't post Euros from here, we usually convert the pounds or Euros to Ringgit Malaysia.. MOnths to Australia? but why some of them could get it within a month?

Well, okok, I will try to wait for the fax reply. Hope the staffs reply to my fax as I've sent a note to them stated that checkings will be carried out hopefully..

I think that you have to send Euro..

But we have to convert. Just a few months ago, I needed to pay my course fee to UK. I posted with a bank draft which also converted the pounds to Ringgit Malaysia. The fee for the fan club, of course the ban draft is stated with the amount of Euros I needed to pay.

Bad day, I din get reply back from the fan club today through fax. Is it that I din ask for reply, they won't probably reply me? hmm....*confused*

I have just phoned them myself with a query - but I cannot speak italian at all well - the lady I spoke to has suggested I ring after 3pm. I am hoping that is because then there will be someone who may be able to help me in english (and not that she won't be working then and some other poor soul will have to deal with me)

Please don't anyone ever let on to my husband about this considering the vast sums of money I am paying for italian lessons. I know the words but I just do not have the confidence to say them. I got myself into such a state over that phone call and now I have to do it all over again later this afternoon just because I was too scared to try out my Italian.
