Thanks for this video, but he had repeat showing that yellow flag and when Vale had passed someone, why??

They gave Rossi a 10 second penalty for passing under yellow flags, this 10 seconds they added on at the end of the race. Honda appealed the decision and now time penalties are added on during the race, so when Rossi did the same thing at Phillip Island that year and was giving the penalty he had to finish the race 10 seconds of everybody else, I think the clips show that there was no danger there, I can not see any

The shot is repeated just to fit to the music, I need to start the 2004 race at the place where the music builds up again. & 2005 needed to be in excatly the right place because that bit of music is called "Love Reign O'er Me" & I thought it was fitting So the extended yellow flag sequence is to fill time. I also wanted to be honest, the yellow flag happened & it needed to be included.

Other than that pretty much what mouse said, he won the race. But because he had passed under a yellow flag, they added 10 seconds to his time & took the race win away. There actually is another shot out there somewhere where you can see that Vale starts to pass & that the yellow flag is completely obscured by the other rider & that there is no way he could have seen it!! It was a freak but he did pass, so...

Honda did force the rule that you have to be notified before the end of the race instead of having the time added on afterwards. That's the same rule that Honda wanted taken away after last years Australian GP, Honda is funny

Woh! Congratulations - that is an excellent video and brought back some memories! I was busy taking photos and panicking that one of my kids may take it into their heads to start bidding and that would have taken a bit of explaining. My youngest has no idea of the value of money and could not understand why I didn't bid to have her portrait done with Valentino. The eldest would have done it just to see the look on my face when he asked for the cash! No point in having all that stuff if you no longer have a home to put it in!
My husband played his cards very well by disappearing so that I could not give him pleading looks along the lines of "if you really loved me....".
He was already happy as he had already bid on and won a ride on the 2 seater Ducati next weekend and I was just going to have to make do with any photos I took on the day.
It is for a good cause, though and a lot of people went away very happy whether they took goodies away with them or not.
