it's as simple as vale-ntino.. just the way it sounds when you read his full name. and I prefer call him vale than rossi. uhm.. rossi sometimes can reminds you to graziano, or giuseppe (footballer), or maybe vasco.. LOL..

Yeah, it's silent. Otherwise it'd be like Valette which sounds like a fancy girl's name.
Scone like stone, man, but sometimes my accent makes me say 'sco-wen' which is terrible.
