Well when I was a child I was Rossi fan or one "Tifosa" now I'm a rossi fan and in the future when vale will retire I'm a Rossi fan for ever

There are a lot of world champion since motor racing started but there are only few legends and Vale is one living legend. Whether he wins or not, whether he retires, to me Vale is one person that has coloured the world not just in racing but in many things and all his colours has made us all together here and that will sure not be forgotten by me. All of us can be Vale's fans and Vale's friends forever.

I think retired sportsmen just always have a soft spot in your heart... Valentino, being the total legend and excellent man that he is, just leaves a bigger one...

I'm currently lamenting the loss of Shane Warne to cricket... and that will probably never go away... Still lament the retirement of Cliffy Lyons from rugby league... and he retired, or was pushed by that bast**d club Manly, like, 11 years ago...

I stilll wish I could see year of racing between Valentino and Mick Doohan....

I think us fans will cope, we have race recordings and photos, etc, but I wonder how Motogp will survive at first without him?
