Those shirts are excellent Tassie and I think this last one is SUPERB!

I do like the idea of giving them all to Vale (INCLUDING the I love Uccio one - I think he would find that really funny) but wonder if it might be going a little over the top.

Thanks so much for doing them all though - they look great.

Sorry to hear that you were driven to it by illness though. Hope you feel better soon.

What i can tell you, is all three designs actually look good on a shirt when you see it in person..

My expert opinion (i've been doing sublimation for a long time) is all three would have to be slightly re-worked to look more effective.

Example, soopa's logo shirt has a grey border around it so it looks like a decal.

I'll re-work one of the designs and show you how it would look 100% when sublimated.

Sublimation is where a design is heated up to 400 degree F (baked on) so the design fuses with the fabric.

My machine i imported from the States.. wasn't cheap ..

Ok, scrub that, it is problematic and potentially devisive. However, I still think the shirts are great and I for one would love to own one or two of them.

So here's my totally radical idea - let's adopt one, two or all of them as the official shirts of this forum which can be worn by members at races to help us identify each other when we're meeting up.

There has already been a discussion elsewhere about meeting up at Donington and the insect problems there which make wearing yellow almost impossible, these shirts would get around that and still mark us out in the crowd.

We could print The Yellow Community across the back of the shirts too -

yep i agree, all three is overkill...

i'm tweaking the i heart Uccio one, it's my fave, stay tuned..

As Angela_O said in our previous discussion about the project, we "CAN NOT USE ANY IMAGES ALREADY DRAWN OF OSVALDO OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER UNLESS THEY ARE ROYALTY FREE".

As a designer, I respect copyright laws, and above all another designer's work. I'm a big fan of Drudi and Manara.
I used Manara's Osvaldo only because I knew that the t-shirt would be given to Valentino.
And I can't imagine Manara preventing Vale from wearing this t-shirt.

So there won't be any free or commercial use of my design.
It was made only for Valentino.

But we have many talented designers here and it may be interesting to ask them if they have several ideas for a Yellow Community t-shirt.

I think that Yellow Community t-shirt is great idea, but who will make it and how you can organize for everyone who wants it to buy?I think its not easy.

Forgive me if I've missed something but does this apply to all of the shirts or just yours?

I didn't think that Jackie or Zoe's had been based on copyrighted images and I really can't believe that the I love Uccio one is already copyrighted!! Surely we could use one of these?

If something is going to be labeled as 'Official' then it would need the approval of 'The Official Fan Club' in Tavullia, seeing as we are the 'Official Forum' for the site. & that way it would have the approval of Valentino behind it too....so that's gotta be the best way to do an 'Official Yellow Community' T-Shirt in my opinion.

BTW...those T-shirts look great. I'd like the one you did for soopa loads more if the image was the full size of the t-shirt...in fact I'd love one like that for myself big time!!!!!!
