I think Biaggi is a talented guy..but utterly stupid and because of that people look at him this way. It's not that he's in SBK or how well he's doing right now which matters. 1st of all he had or still has this big ego...that he's better than vale. Ofcourse..you should have that feelin and belief if you are racin alongside a legend like that if not you wont win. But he took it a bit too far...i think his biggest problem was not accepting things the way they were when Vale was his rival for the title. He was gettin trashed in and out and still he used to behave funny. First he blamed Yamaha, after that in Welkom he was beaten by Vale ridin Yamaha and him on a Honda. Even after that he didnt learn his lesson. I've seen a video where a vale fan wants to take a pic of himself and Biaggi and our man comes and removes this guy's cap coz it's a Vale cap... funny...it's these kinda things which made him the man he is today....i would say...

totally agree.
his big ego and his proudness were his second fiercest rival behind rossi.

his ego was even fueled by his own success, after 4 consecutive titles he righteously was looked at as a big champion and he definitely believed it and looked at himself as one of the best.

sometimes i even pitied him, i never looked at him as a real rossi's rival. he was just an ex-champion whose self was being continuosly shattered by rossi in and out the track.
he just tried to put up this big walls of lies to keep himself together psychologically, but he knew nobody believed him except, may be, his mom and dad.

i dont like biaggi since in suzuka race when he touched valentino to went wide. i think it's not sportive way to beat your rival.
Gibernau would be better as a valentino's rival.
